Toast Beer

- Replacing 30% of barley with surplus bread from a food bank in the manufacture of artisanal beer.
- 36 kilos of bread are required to produce 60 cases of 24 bottles.
- Product launch in March 2018.
- Synergy initiated by Synergie Victoriaville and its region, which benefits from the technical and scientific support of the CTTÉI.
