The Chair of the Centre for Technology Transfer in Industrial Ecology (CTTÉI) Dominique Beaudry and the Executive Director
from Cégep de Sorel-Tracy are proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Claude Maheux-Picard to the position of Executive Director of the CTTÉI. Ms. Maheux-Picard was already acting as Technical Director of the CTTÉI and took over as Acting Technical Director when Ms. Hélène Gignac left. She assumed her duties at the head of the Directorate General on March 26, 2018.
Passionate about environmental issues, Ms. Maheux-Picard is an engineer by training. She has a master's degree in chemical engineering and a graduate degree in environmental auditing. She has been working for over 20 years in applied research to meet the innovation needs of businesses. Since 2005 and until her appointment, she was the technical director of the Centre de transfert technologique en écologie industrielle where she supervised the research team.
The Cégep de Sorel-Tracy is pleased to be able to count on Ms. Maheux-Picard's expertise and experience to lead the team at its college centre and provide her with all the support she needs to carry out her duties.
