The Rapport des meilleures pratiques en économie circulaire dans l'hébergement touristique was developed by Stratzer and the CTTÉI as part of the circular economy showcase project initiated by RECYC-QUÉBEC and the Ministère du Tourisme, with theAssociation de l'hôtellerie du Québec (AHQ) as production partner.
A report with concrete examples
The report takes stock of circular economy practices implemented by some 50 Quebec, Canadian and international establishments. It is available to download free of charge from the AHQ website, with a view to inspiring the best sustainable development practices in the country.
