On Monday, November 4, 2024, in Rouyn-Noranda, Martine Rioux, Chair of the Independent Monitoring Committee responsible for monitoring the requirements of Glencore's ministerial authorization for the Horne Smelter, announced that she would be calling on the CTTÉI to support the committee members in their work.
